Increase TEXT EDIT UI element's size?

Hello

We are looking to increase the standard SAP's webdyn pro component's TEXT EDIT UI elements size in MAIN view, I saw that there are COLUMN, ROWS in properties list, we want to increase the size (height & width) programmatically (not doing any enhancement changes on MAIN views's layout area), pl. let us know how we can increase text view UI element size with ABAP code?
