Hi All,
I have a users that l wanted him to see only just his report folder.
Ex l have a folder called development and there are subfolder under it
DEVELOPMENT
- SELLS
- ACCOUNTS
etc.
I want the users to see only ACCOUNTS under Development when he logsin
ex.
DEVELOPMENT
-ACCOUNTS
I created an access level call Accounts access and user/group call Accounts users and added users to the group.
I added principle and assigned rights to the Account users security to subfolder ACCOUNTS with their Accounts access
I also did the same to the DEVELOPMENT FOLDER
When users login they still see all the folder under DEVELOPMENT including the account folder
Im l missing a step here
