Header Freight Condition not working as expected in the Invoice

Hi Friends,

We have one header freight manual condition. User enters this condition at header level in the sales order and it is proportionately then divided among all the line items. When the quantity of a line item is reduced or the line item is deleted in the delivery then the same freight charge value which was entered during sales order creation at header level should be determined in the invoice header even though the quantity of a line item is changed or deleted in the delivery and should be proportionately divided among new line items. This is not happening now.

The same freight condition is working perfectly in a different process. There is only difference of sales order type and pricing procedure between these 2 process. Everything else including copy control settings are same in both the processes.

Can you pls suggest what can be done to fulfill this?

Regards,

Sandeep

Probably you can start by checking what are the differences between these two document types and the pricing procedures (and the business processes, of course)... also you can check your current project documentation for custom developments.

If nothing else helps, you can search the forum on tips how to debug pricing (there are some good posts on the subject).

This is part of what I would have done before posting.
