JV accounting - activation status, fields in FI

Hi experts,

I have checked in table TRWCA and JV accounting (JVA) is not present in that table.

Is it safe to assume that

1) JV Accounting component is not active in our system

2) Tables for JV accounting are not generated/present in the system, and

3. If there are fields in FI tables, example in table BSEG (sample field: EGRUP), that are supposed to be used by JV accounting, being JV Accounting is not active said fields are not used.

If you can also suggest/provide other procedures in checking if JV Accounting component is active, it is more than welcome.

Hi Kenneth,

In trx SFW5 -> ENTERPRISE_EXTENSIONS -> JVA

Check if JVA is active for Company Code (trx OBY6) -> JV Accounting Active
