SAP Web IDE startup problems in hanatrial accounts

Hi,

I'm facing severe problems connecting to SAP Web IDE in my trial account. from my 15 other collegues in the room about half of them fail.

we are using google chrome, we can logon to the cloud account, but we cannot access the Web IDE. The problems started at 9:30 this morning and are still persisting.

some have tried to switch to internet explorer and they were then able to access Web IDE, but in the layout editor we were facing severe problems to add new controls to a view. the user interface is not reacting properly.

Is there anybody facing the same issue and having a solution for this?
