Error Message "Maintain Serial Numbers for Total Quantity" during creation of transfer order

Hi SAP Consultants,

Have testing for scenario "Goods Issue". The first test step is creating reservation number using MB21. The next step is creating Transfer Order using an enhanced t-code (not using t-code MIGO). Have encountered error "Maintain serial numbers for total quantity".

Why the system asks for serial number during creation of transfer order? How can we resolve this issue?

My thought is we cannot assign serial number during creation of reservation number using MB21 unless there is button in the t-code to do that.

Have already assigned serial number using t-codes IQ04 and MIGO 561. But the error still manifest.
