Ticket Edit button greyed out

Hi CRM Experts,

In SAP CRM Interaction center, I was trying to edit one ticket. But the 'Edit' button in the overview tab is greyed out.

Could you please let me know what the issue is here.

Note: The 'Edit' button works well if I log in with a particular profile. For all other profiles, the button is greyed out.
