Numbers appended to the webi report name

Hi,

I copied some reports from the favorites to a folder in Public Folders. After copying, initially it looked fine. Now i see some random number assigned to the name of the report. Some thing like this -

<report name> : 48124563 : 56783872

Why its like that?

Any idea?

    Hi Arun,

    Generally these type of numeric digits added to the report if someone sends the report to other user via Inbox. You can see the digits appended to the report in the destination user Inbox.

    These are the instances that have been scheduled by you or someone and the numbers you are getting are the Place holders used to name the file to get to know the date, instance Owner or any other option available in Place Holders.

    This is happened when user right click on the report->send BI Inbox->don't change the "Use Automatically Generated Name" option before sending to the BI Inbox.

    Before sending to the BI Inbox select the option to "use specific name" option for custom name.

    Same for report scheduling to BI Inbox.
