Default Settlement type

Hi,

I am looking for what triggers the settlement type for maintenance orders.

I have seen the settlement profile but settlement type is not defined there.

I need to know how FUL or PER is auto-populated when settlement rule is created.

Is there any configuration which triggers or the is maintained during creation of master data.

If at master data when do we maintain that.

    H Avnikant,

    Please try to configure your settlement profile as per below screenshot & check if you are getting default settlement type as FUL.

    Hi Avnikant,

    Within settlement profile there is setting of max no. Dist.rls. in othere Parameters subscreen.

    If u change this to 01. Then there will only one distribustion rule u will find in order-settlement rule & that will be Ful.

    If u define 02 then there will display two distribustion rule i.e. Ful & PER within order setllement Rule and other line item for rule will be grey.

    Please check once.

    Hi Avnikant,

    In general order settlement you need to maintain settlement profiles.Plz. refer below screen shots.

    In settlement rule you need to copy settlement profile.

    Please check below notes also for your ref.

    Note 313454 - Info: Default value for settlement type

    Note 851975 - Settlement use automatic generation creates.
