GRC FFID Assignment Review and Mitigation Control Assignment Review

Hello,

We have a requirement to implement GRC FFID Assignments Review and Mitigation Control Assignment Review Processes annually like we run as UAR Process.  But unfortunately these two features were not implemented so far in SAP GRC AC per my knowledge.

Could someone please guide me how to accomplish if SAP has already given these functions ?

Venkat,

there is no such workflow functionality available at the moment. Best to perform the review manually via Excel. Both datasets can be downloaded in Excel, modified in Excel, and reuploaded via the Excel file.

Hi Venkat

When you meant FF ID assignment do you mean the users who are designated as Firefighters? You must have assigned users a unique FF role and probably that can be used as the UAR review.

I just did a quick test with the same concept and for the FF user/owner/controller as we have this requirement from Compliance and was able to do it though it is prematurely done.
