MaxDB 7.7.0.7 x_server does not start on RHEL 6.6

Hello,

after migrating our Content Server 6.40 from RHEL 5.6 to to an new RHEL 6.6 server and installing MaxDB 7.7.0.7 (PL 41 or 50) "Software only" as user root with SDBSETUP without errors (sdbverify is happy) "x_server start" fails without error message or log file. Trying the same with RHEL 5.6 or RHEL 6.4 starts x_server successfully. The combination is supported by PAM. What is missing?

    Please follow the SAP Note 2115113 - X_server f ails to start on Red Hat 6.6
