SAP PMS Column name displaying in grey colour

Hi,

FOR SAP HCM, PMS in Portal, The column description as marked in the screenshot is coming in grey colour both in change and display mode. Also this field is marked as mandatory but no mandatory sign (*) is coming.

As per my knowledge, there is no option for colour in the configuration or developments. Also we are using standard WDA.

Apart from the first field, rest are coming in regular colour...

Please Guide.
