Cannot clear open items through F-03

Hi,

I have a query in which I can view open item in FBL3N,

But when I am trying to clear through F-03, I am not able to view one of the document against which it can be cleared.

One document is posted through FBS1 and one is posted through FB05.

The documents are related to 2006.

Please provide some suggestions.

    hello,

    FBS1-documents are supposed to be reversed at the given date and will be cleared with the original posting. They are not meant to be cleared with other documents.

    Hello, Please check if BSEG-XOPVW <> X for those open item account line items. I would refer you to the note 136754 of the solution part: Solution Check some table fields in the missing documents using Transaction SE16. The following conditions must exist: BSIS-XOPVW = X (Indicator: Open item management, only for G/L accounts) BSEG-XOPVW = X (Indicator: Open item management) BSEG-AUGBL = space (clearing document number) BSEG-DISBN = space (discount document number) BKPF-BSTAT = space (document status) BKPF-XSTOV = space (indicator reversal flag) REGUS/REGUP -> see below Please read the note 136754 carefully. There are several solutions listed.
