Crystal Report column Shifting when exported to Excel

Hello Developers,

The requirement is to make a excel report but when I exporting it . The data in some particular columns are shifting into right. The things I observed is it is happening to only Number Field and whenever the datatype is Number in the BE (Oracle Sp) the data in the columns are shifting.

I tried with some formulas to fix the issue, It got fixed but is there any formula that the Sum and Average will also display.

Please help me asap.

Thank you,

Preethi.

    Hi Preethi,

The screenshot doesn't show what the issue is.

Moreover, numbers are always right aligned in Excel or Crystal Reports.

If you need them to be left aligned, convert it to text using a formula and then export to excel.
