How do I delete an email communication channel?

Hi team

I have a couple of redundant email addresses which are currently set up as communication channels. However I cannot see an option to delete them / set them as inactive. Can you please tell me how this can be completed?

Administration - Service and Social - E-mail addresses

    Hi Leslie,

    Unfortunately there is no way we can delete or set email channels inactive. Also we can't delete social media channels but we can set them inactive.
