Customs Managemnt _Default data

Hi Team

I am new to customs management . We want to have a default data for business partner at partner tab.

I was referring some posts and blogs in SDN but I am not clear . Can any one give me some steps in

configuring the default data process.

Hi Jagan,

Do you mean that you'd like to propose Partners in the Customs Declaration, or do you mean something else?

If you'd like to propose Partners in the Customs Declaration; which Partner Functions will you want to propose?

Otherwise, please explain further what you would like to do - thanks.

Jagan,

You can default the partners via Define Default Data for partners option in config.

Go to GTS SPRO - Global Trade Services - Customs Management - Define Default Data for Partners

Here you can make your entries like if you want to default e.g. your consignor as always Declarant or Declarant to be always to be defaulted to FTO  you can specify the Target and Source entries.

Also, if you want to have better control then you can use the next option

Define Default Data for Documents Fields, Messages and Documents

- Here you can write your own rules like access sequence and you can fill the values in default data tab in Customs Management Master data section.
