We recently have upgraded our CRM system to EHP 7. Post upgrade, we are facing many standard issues.
Could anyone please provide OSS notes for any of the below issue.
1. Attachments in the email do not show up in a column. All bunched together. Prior to upgrade, the attachments were listed in a clearer fashion to be able to account easily for which items were there to ensure proper handling of request.
2. The "Save to Local File" button and 'Make a Hyperlink' buttons are missing on the email screen after the upgrade.
3. Issues with Formatting in email screen like: While copy pasting, extra blank space between the paragraphs, extra space while inserting any template, While typing cursor moves to a place that is not consistent where the typing occurs.
