Opening Balance

Is it possible to load opening balance of items with batch information.

in this window you can Enter opening balance with Batch details..

Hi,

System flashes the message, "Define the numbering series".

In Administration - system Initialization - Document Numbering, we are not getting an option to add a row. The option is disabled.

Hi,

First you have define the Document Numbering series in Administration Module..

Administration  -> System initialisation -> Document Numbering , then you need to find Inventory Opening balance Row...  Just double click on first column (i.e : before Inventory opening balance cell) then you will get  " Series for Inventory opening balance setup screen"   there you need to define..  Once it is done, then you can access Inventory Opening balance Module..

Yes it worked. Also in opening balance screen we are able to locate the batch information window by right clicking and selecting journal preview option.
