Is there any way i can copy and backup all the data from SAP ByD to excel,
Mainly the GL Line items, TB , Fixed Asssets, AR, AP, Stock Inventory and related.

you can take backup of your data in sap design studio ad ones u r data has been loaded then u can find the option below as(Export as CSV).

unfortunately not.
We assume, that the reporting will be done in ByDesign. If you use external Data Warehouse e.g. the SAP BW then you can set up integrations with ODATA.

There is a setting to limit the data viewed under REPORTS,
Right now i am downloading reports every weekend from GL > Reports >
and i choose AR Line items, AP Line items and GL Line items.
Has this setting to do anything with the data downloaded to excel.
Does the data size vary depending on this, if yes what is the best practice to get the full data.
