PMS Appraisal Issue

Hi All,

I am facing any issue while triggering the appraisal template thru t.code : PHAP_PREPARE.

Below are the steps followed to trigger the appraisal template.

1) Execute the t.code : PHAP_PREPARE

2) Choose the option : Prepare appraisal Docs with template, Appraiser, Appraisee and execute.

3) Choose the template

4) Enter period and name(which comes default)

5) Choose type : P - Person and enter the employee no

6) Choose option "As Appraiser"

7) Choose automatic

8) Select object as "Subordinates" and click start

The subordinates list to be displayed, but when i enter for some managers employee no in step no 4, no subordinates are displayed

Please let me know and help in solve this issue

regards

Vish

    Hi Visheshwar,

Can you include a screenshot of the error?

If my guess is right, you are expecting the subordinates of the supervisor to be shown in the drop-down? If that is your expectation, I don't think that is possible through standard SAP. SAP PMS is independent of reporting relationships in OM (Position reporting to other position). So both the appraisee and the appraiser are to be manually keyed in.

Please reply for further discussion so that I can help you sort out your issue.

    Hello Vish,

    Nice day.

If you wish to have documents created for managers and their subordinates in batch, the 'Prepare Appraisal Docs with Organizational Units' in PHAP_PREPARE can be an option.

    Best regards.
