Material text is coming in two lines when exporting to excel from ALV

Hello All,

Greetings !!!

1. When downloading report output from ALV in excel, half of the material text is coming in next line. As per below screen shot:

2. Also even though I have passed column width optimise pragmatically, then also for the same report in quality server column width are fully optimised whereas in production server, User manually need to drag the column till the text end.

My doubt is 1st issue is coming because of 2nd issue.

Please Advise how to approach.
