Unable to navigate to next screen on clicking a hyper link in the Request for Change(CR) document in SAP Solution manager

Hello All,

We have 3 Standard fields in a CR document with hyper text link in the Solution Manager. We have not done any custom coding for navigation as we are using standard itself.

But whenever we clicked on one of the 3 fields hyper text link the navigation is not happening and instead the hyper text value of the field disappearing.

Some times out of 3 fields one or two fields hyper links are working fine.
