cost center assign profit center

Hi EXpert,

Good Morning!!!

I have some documents coming from FI posting. which posted with cost objects - cost center and we have assign all cost center to Profit Center. when I go to FAGLFLEXA Table , I have get the Profit center wht about Cost center, why not appear along with Cost center.

Kindly help.

      Pranav,

      If you post to cost center, in FAGLFLEXA both cost center and profit center will update, while revenue booking you gave profit center only, and no need to give cost center, you can not book revenues to cost center, The system behavior is correct.

      In the normal sales process profit center will pick from the material master.

    Hi Pranav,

    Cost center also will update in FAGLFLEXA, may be you are checking teh B/S items, Cross check and let me know, if you need any help.

    Hi,

    Without assignment of profit center center, we cannot create cost center.

    Because of this assignment you will not find the cost centers for all the line items.

    You find Cost center only when it is a main cost object.

    Say if the main cost object is WBS cost object updated with WBS not with cost center.

    Check the document in detail regards to cost object.

      Hi Pranav,

      Are you in confusion....???? Don't get more confused.

      Share the document screen from FB03 entry view and same document screen from the table.

      If the cost center appeared in FB03 and not appearing in the table level is a problem.

      Regarding your statement:

      "We can create n number of Cost Center without Profit center. if I am not wrong. kindly correct me."


      how is it possible......?


      For creating the CC master Profit center is mandatory.

    Hi

    Cost Center Filed is getting Updated in FAGLFLEXT ..

    Its Not Updating in FAGLFLEXA table.
