I have a 12.5 application at a client site, that doesn't seem to want to run.
We have windows 10 here... and it runs fine.
He says that it's just spinning.. like it's running, but never comes up
I've never had an application do that before
we at least got some kind of error message.
Any ideas?
helpdesk got the same programs, that he's using... and it works fine here

Try running Process Monitor or similar software to see what kind of conflicts your application might be encountering. Also have a look at the MS-Windows logs as well for error / conflict messages.
You might also want to download and run MS's Process Monitor tool & see if it spots any conflicts.
