SAP BCM Supervisor Tool (Intercepting a Call).

Hi Experts,

May you kindly advise on how to configure SAP BCM Supervisor Tool in SAP Contact Center 7.0.9.0.

When a Supervisor Intercept a call, it will ring for 15 seconds and it will automatically terminate the call if the

Supervisor does not answer within the 15 seconds. My goal is to find out that is this a standard behavior or maybe it can be

changed via config. Maybe this is lined with the "Answer on Time" Config.
