Chart Formatting

Hi,

I am attempting to add a chart to a group footer, but am running into a few formatting issues:

  1. The labels for the x-axis are displaying with two decimal places even though I defined the detail level field to display with no decimals, which it does correctly,
  2. The y-axis is displaying with decimals instead of whole numbers.  The field is based upon a distinct count of an employee number.  Being a distinct count, I don't know why it would display a scale with decimals.

I'm using Crystal 2011 and am reasonably comfortable with it, but this is the first time I've tried using charts.

Screenshots below.  Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi Thomas,

Highlight a number on the X-axis > Right-click the highlighted value > Format Axis Label > Number tab > Change the 'Decimal Places'.

Repeat for Y-axis as well.

Abhilash,

I do not get the number option on the labels of the x-axis.  On the y-axis, I get them and they are already set as Category: Number and Decimal Places = 0.  However, they still display with a one decimal at random intervals, I just want whole numbers.  This is confusing!
