Alerts in Dash board of Excel View

Hi Team

This issue related to Alert.

Alert Dashboard: Even activating the preconfigured alerts we still see a 0 in the number of alerts.

Even though there is capacity overload situation.Still I am not getting any alerts in Dash board.

I guess need to do some EPM formatting to fix this issue.Please let me know if anybody faced the same issue.

    HI Roshan Fernandies

    This is a favorite functionality so you will need to add a new template to you favorites menu then set up the alerts and save it.

    Hi Roshan,

    In the Edit View tab, can you please check if you have assigned a name to the alert?

    Actually, it is necessary to first name the alert through edit View and then add the worksheet as favourite.

      Hi Roshan,

      Just as Alecsandra and Jorge said, its purely a standard functionality.

      In case the issue still persists, please do the following:

      - In your edit view dialog box, Select the Kfs which comprises of the alerts

      - Now in Edit view, Navigate to alert section, select alert and the KF on which you want the alert to be triggered

      - Assign it a color and provide a name to it

      - Add the template to the favourite.
