Hi Experts,
May you kindly advise on how to configure SAP BCM Intercept timer in SAP Contact Center 7.0.9.0
My objective is when a Supervisor Intercept a call he/she should be able to receive the call in 3 seconds,
however the situation now is it rings for 15 seconds before the Supervisor can accept the call.
How can l configure the 15 seconds ring time to 3 seconds.

As a kind remark, it would be better to continue on the existing topic () rather than open a new one on the same issue...
The described behavior doesn't sound usual. If there are no other contacts active and there really are problems picking the intercepted call while alerting, would recommend to try the confgurations a couple more times, clear all browser caches (especially if you recently upgraded), and if still persists, collect the appropriate logs and traces and open an incident.
