Hi Experts,
May you kindly advise on how to configure SAP BCM Intercept timer in SAP Contact Center 7.0.9.0
My objective is when a Supervisor Intercept a call he/she should be able to receive the call in 3 seconds,
however the situation now is it rings for 15 seconds before the Supervisor can accept the call.
How can l configure the 15 seconds ring time to 3 seconds.
