Attachment in FB03 not getting opened

Dear Friends,

I have written an written logic for every document no which gets generated through BDC Upload Program (i.e for the Transaction FB60) it should pick up an attachment which has been stored in a common place ( i.e common Drive say K:\Data\.....\Test.PDF) ,

As an when the BDC Upload program is executed it picks up the file and picks of one by one record and uploads . Based on the file path given K:\Data..\Test.pdf it picks up the file and attaches to the document generated . So when i go the FB03 for the document no which is being genrated for the company code in that fiscal year i can see the an attachment icon over there with the file path location as well.

However when i double click i am unable to open the .PDF file it is throughing an eror stating that

Could any one help me what could be the reason why this message is being displayed..

    Requesting you to please could some one let me know what could be there problem, can it be due to no access to that folder /path??
