[HCI] Quote Follow Up in ERP - Text issue

Hello comunity,

I have successfully setup the "Sales Quote Follow Up Document in SAP Business Suite" integration scenario between C4C and SAP ERP but I have an issue with the texts.

When I have long texts (>132c) in Quote external note or internal note in C4C, the mapping in HCI is splitting the text in multiple E1BPSDTEXT segments. SAP ECC will recompose the message during idoc integration.

The issue is that the 133d character of the text is always deleted.

Did you face the same issue on your side?

Hi Benjamin,

Could you please confirm the iflow version which you are using currently? Also, if you are using any older version then I suggest upgrading iflow to the latest version.

Hi,

I'm using version 1.1.0 and did a lot of changes/extensions in the mapping.

The mapping I have in E1BPSDTEXT is the same as the one in the latest version (1.2.0).
