Removal of buttons in the Task Item

Hi,

I was assigned a task item and it is showing in my UWL tab. The task item is having 3 buttons and I have to remove those buttons. Please help me in the process of how to do this whether to change any settings or in the XML of the UWL??????

    Can you please provide the following information to further assist you :

    1. Screenshot of the task where you are seeing the buttons, so that I can get more clarity of which buttons you are referring at ?
    2. Your Portal version
    3. Is the issue faced by all user's or some specific user's ?
