    Hello Mahesh,

As per standard SAP there is no control on GI / GR and confirmation i.e. against one production order can be able to do the GI / GR more than the order quantity at any time until the order is not changed the status to TECO

If your system shouldn't allow the GR before confirmation means we can do this with the help of status profile

please refer the below thread for understanding

Without GI confirmation and without confirmation GR is not possible

Restricting Good Receipt Unless Production Order Confirmed

    Venkatesh..

    Hello

To block to receive the extra quantity against the production order, Go to OPK4 - Over delivery -Select Error when tolerance exceed. or Select Tolerance is not checked.

With the second settings (Select Tolerance is not checked) System will not consider any tolerance maintain in the material master and in the Production order.

    Hope this may help

    Regards

    SS
