Disable export to Excel from BEX Web Analyzer

Dear Experts,

I'm looking for a way to disable export to Excel from queries opened in BEx Web Analyzer (button in top menu, next to Bookmark).

Could you please share any way to do that or limit for certain users group?

open wad the template: 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN.

you can remove it in this template.

Thank you for your answer. That's the option I considered.

My question was about ad-hoc queries opened from BEx Web Analyzer so looks that there is no way to do that.

Hello ,

Koen is right, you can modify the template. Therefore this will reflect for ALL queries that runs over BEx Web Analyzer.

Just a consideration.
SAP does not allow to change default objects, including 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN.

Create a copy, change as you want, and maintain the copy (eg. ZANALYSIS_PATTERN) into the transaction:

RSCUSTV27

Maintain the new templates name under "Ad Hoc Analysis" and save it.
