Customer Consignment recall

Dear Expert,

This is reading the Consignment process for Brazil.

Would you kindly help to know on how customer consignment recall (KA) process follow in Brazil. I search but getting information only for Fill up (KBB) and return (KEB) but not for Recall process. Please share some link/ doc that could help me in setting up these process.

Second : In a doc , i saw billing(FCR) happens in Fill up process .. why? Please educate
