Not able to see my profile

Hello Team

I don't know if I am doing something wrong, but whenever I am trying to view my profile in the SCN Beta, I am getting error as mentioned below

Could you please guide. I am able to login but not able to see my profile.

Is this the address you are using? I see your beta profile there.

Thanks Caroleigh Deneen for the information.

Yes I can see my profile in the link provided by you but whenever I am trying to Click on my Profile, I am getting error message.

Thank you for clarifying, now I understand your issue better. I can not replicate, the link to my profile is working from the beta.html page. Could you please provide details about device, browser, version and we can ask IT to have a look for you.

Sorry for the delay in response

I tried to see my profile again today and still getting the same message.

I am able to login to SCN Beta but whenever I am trying to see my profile by clicking on my Name, I am getting the error message as 500. Screens are attached.

Could you please guide if I am doing something wrong

I just checked this again with the my login credentials

I am able to login but still the error is there whenever I am trying to see my profile

Looks like the link to your name (red arrow pointing) is just the root site, or hides your full name from the profile:  saurabh.srivastav6

Hi, Saurabh,

We have delivered another fix today in this area.

Can you please check if you can view your profile now?

I have checked it and can see it, but when you view it  yourself the URL is different, so wanted to make sure it does work properly.

I just checked this again and still facing the same problem.

I also asked one of my colleague  to check his login on my laptop and he is able to see/edit his profile.

Sorry to say that I am still facing the same problem.

The system is still showing the same error message.

I also sent a mail to you on sapnetwork@sap.com . with a different problem I am facing while trying to login through my mobile.

could you check with other browser as Mozilla Firefox?
