Hello,

You are using an external (third party) backup software, with which BRBACKUP interfaces via a program called BACKINT (the command line argument "-d util_file" indicates that BACKINT is being used). BACKINT is not a SAP program, it is provided by the vendor of the backup software. The error message in your post comes from BACKINT, as it does not have the regular format of messages produced by the BR* tools.

Did these backups work correctly before? If yes, then there may have been a temporary problem with the external backup system. Contact the person in your IT team who manages backups and ask them to investigate. If this has never worked, e.g. it is only now being implemented, then there might be a configuration error. In that case, as a first step, look at the BACKINT configuration file (normally this is $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/init<SIDW.utl).

Good luck,

Mark

looks like this is backint issue, please involve your backint vendor in checking this error.
