Message "Enter Material ID" when replicate materials from S4HANA to C4C

Dear Experts,

We are replicating materials from S4HANA to C4C by HCI using the integration scenario “Replicate Material from SAP Business Suite”. Currently the products are created correctly in C4C using the internal numbers range (automatic). However, we need that the product ID in C4C be the same that S4HANA material ID, for this we set in C4C all material ranges as manual, now the following error is generated "Enter Material ID" even though in the Payload the ID comes correctly.

Is there anything else we have to do to replicate the material in C4C with the same ID as the S4HANA material ID?

    Hi Jaime,

    Please refer the blog about issues in Material replication.

    Material / Customer Material Replication

    You will have to map the <ReceiverID></ReceiverID> also to the MATNR field from idoc. If MATNR is numeric, make sure you do not delete leading 0's. Rest of the mapping remains the same.

    Also I can see you already reported incident to SAP ,in case above document does not resolve your issue request you to wait for solution via incident you reported .
