SAP CRM Data Export to Excel

Hello,

I would like to know what is the best way to export all the data from SAP CRM. Ideally in Excel, but other options welcome :-)

We would then like to import the data in a new CRM-System.

    Hi Laura,

    What data would you like to export?

    1, webui - search result - export to spreadsheet provided by UI framework, so it is available to search result for any kind of data on webui. data is exported to excel.

    2, export data in se16?

    select entries in se16 - menu bar - edit - download - rich text format - save as rtf - open the rtf file and copy the table - paste in excel. In addition to rich text format, you have some other options.

    3, RSA3 datasource extraction?

    In the result list, we have the export options, spreadsheet is for excel.

    Hi Laura.

    If you can establish a connection between the 2 systems you can use the SLT Tool to migrate the data from the old to the new.

    SLT

    You of course just need to know all of the tables you're after. then are enough threads in SCN on this topic already so I'll not duplicate that.

    No need to download to excel which is a headache. Just CRM to CRM
