Incoming payment / draft payment layout issue

Dear Experts,

i'm using sap b1 version 9.2 , recently found an issue regards payment layout  , the system defined two separate layout one for the posted payment and one for the draft payment in the layout designer [layout type:Crystal report] , so this mean if one of the layout set as default

.. for example (draft layout ) it will only show the data in the draft payment window while if you try to preview posted layout it may preview empty layout or layout with wrong data

here's some screen shoot that may clear up things

1- set the draft incoming payment layout as default

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2- set incoming payment layout  as default  [ here it shows wrong total amount ]

how to create one crystal report that you can set as default and preview both draft / posted payment ??

or any other solution

hope to receive helping hand as soon as possible

Best Regards ,

Did you create your crystal layouts by amending the SAP layouts, or from scratch?

The SAP system layouts have this built in, so it is generally best to use them as a base for your development

i have tried to adjust one of the payment crystal report , tried to merge both of them (draft [opdf] and posted payment layout [orct]/[ovpm]) but i end up with blank layout (no Data) once i imported to the system , and i also tried to do one from scratch but i failed to add correct command to merge these two layout perfectly

Ps . found pld report that can preview both draft/posted payment , it's difficult to know how pld report merge these two table ,
