Approval year of the apprapriation request

Hi Gurus,

I am working on SAP PS and Investment program scenario.

My approval is 2016

In appropriation request --> varients --> plan versions --> approval year is showing as 2013. it supposed to show 2016. It is showing up to 2013 only.see my screen

How i can include up to 2016?
