I feel bit stupid but so what... 😊
We have only one customer who is using desk phones (Polycom IP7000 conference phones). We upgraded their system to CCtr version 7 last spring and we forgot those conf phones during update process. Now we want to add those to system also.
So I started to figure out how this is done > I couln't find good and clear instructions for this in guides. At least this information is bit unclear for us:
- How Desk phone/User is added to system? Like normal user with line number as logon name or how?
- In conference phone what CCtr component is put as registration address; Is it "Agents Front End" VU having SIP Bridge component or what?
Any other possibly useful information much appreciated because we have so weak knowledge about these desk phones.
