CATS Booking with Working week Start time issue

Hi Team,

Planned working time is         07:30 to 15:30

If Friday is a  Working week  11:30 to 08:00

System is allowing employee to book regular hours as OT hours for the period (11:30 to 12:30)

EX:-  Employee start time is 11:30  (08 Hours), Employee is able to book 11:30 to 12:30 as overtime.

How to restrict employee booking via CAT2 without overtime hours during normal working hours
