Rough cut capacity planning

Hi ,

How i am Working rough cut capacity planning


I seen in scn threads.

In OP45 , pls ensure that for the usage,task list type 3 (Rough cut planning profile) is included is only required confiuration setting.

1- Create Rough cut planning profile - MC35. Enter material and plant nd execute. Enter status = 4, usage = 1.

Enter a resource name and double clik on that line, choose Example work centre: Enter work center name, plant and unit = H.

Enter the times required in Hours in the time buckets and save

2-Create SOP plan - MC87. Enter material and plant. Execute. Enter sales and prod qty. Go to views>Capacity situation>Rough cut planning>show.

3.In mc82, go to views->capacity situation->show

You could display the capacity requirements at the bottom of the screen.


In the Rough cut planning i created planning profile. But in SOP i cant see the rough cut planning (But it is in GRADOUT)

Please Guide me how to come over from this issue

    Check the scheduling parameter defined in OPU4 Generate capacity requirement is active for your plant.

    Hello Leo,

    Scheduling parameters has been maintained with Rough cut planning OPU4 with generate capacity requirement active..

    Please ensure the Production version has been maintained for the material ..

    and Rough cut planning profile has been assigned for this material and work center combination wit resource table ??

    and please maintain the sales plan and production plan

    then check the rough cut capacity in MC88 it will work
