Check prerequisites error while installing SP12 for Crystal Reports 11

All,

After encountering the following error "value for property INcreateCalendar is null or undefined" while running a custom report, I found several threads on the Support Community site stating that an SP upgrade will eliminate this error.

I downloaded the most current service pack (SP12) available for my version of Crystal Reports (11.0.0.1282), but I am now receiving a "Check Prerequisites" error when attempting to install the patch.

My environment is RDP terminal services running Windows Server 2012R2, and installing patch as admin.

The error is attached.
