Can someone help me find Enhancement Pack functionality differences?

My company (aerospace and defense field) is considering upgrading from enhancement pack 4 to enhancement pack 8 and we have had a hard time getting leadership on board. I am looking to find some major functionality differences between the two packs in order to convince the leadership that this is a good decision. Our plan is to eventually move to S/4 HANA. I know that this is the first step to get there but I need to show some immediate benefits of this upgrade. I was having a hard time finding the information I need, so if someone could please point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated.
