Data Population Problem In Campaign & Segmentation

Hi Experts,

My Business Users are compiling that, When they are creating Camapaign and save. The campaign is getting saved successfully. But when they are re-opening the Campaign, Description Data is not showing. This is happening Randomly.

At the same time When Users are trying to Create the Segmentation, in the Profile Set Some times the Count showing "0" Number and some time it is showing perfectly.
