Change Name, ID and prefix for folders in PCD

Hi

I have an issue with renaming a folder in the PCD structure, which contain subfulders, iviews and pages.

I am able to rename the name, id and prefic, bur when I select the finish button, the process hangs for a long time and all the objects in the folder are locked.

I then have to close this process and manually unlock the pcd objects that are locked.

But the name etc are not changed.....

Any ideas for how to solve this issue?

Hi,

What version of the Portal do you have.

This feature is working well on mine : EP60-SP15, but this could be very long, depending on the number of items to rename.

To confirm this, I suggest you to create a folder (with nothing in it, or just an other folder), and change his ID.

If this lasts minutes, then you should think to check you portal installation.
