Incorrect Basic for Mid Month Joinee

Hello Folks,

A issue is been popped up and it is way back in Sep' 15 payroll.

Below is the screen shot of the employee's work schedule for the month of Sep 15. It is pretty clear that during this month there is one PH (on 17th) and every (ONLY) sunday is a weekoff.

The employee has joined on 7th Sep' 15 and is on unpaid leave from 18th to 23rd of Sep.

Which means: out of 25 working days, the employee is present only for 14 days. His basic is 3000. Now when I run the payroll for Sep' 15. the basic should reduce to 1680 (for 14 days) but the system is reflecting it as 1800 (which i guess is for 15 days).

I checked one of the outputs in factoring and storage in payroll log and there I can see that the working days in 14 but am baffled why the system is calculating basic as 1800? Below is the screen shot of the same.

Need clarifications and support to correct if anything is wrong with the system.
