SAP C4C "Tickets" Web service testing via SOAP UI

Hello Experts,

We have been trying to test the  "ManageServiceRequestIn" web service in SOAP UI. We want to test this web service according to our web form with fields First Name, Last Name, Email ID, Message...We have downloaded wsdl file but I'm not able to refine that file according to our web form fields. Can somebody please explain me how should I refine that wsdl file so that data goes into the fields accordingly mentioned below:-

Fields from web form <-> Fields in Tickets UI

First Name and Last Name fields <-> Customer Field in Ticket ( Basically customer/ Account name)

Email ID field<-> Email ID field in Ticket

Message<-> Description field in ticket

what is the exact meaning of "Refine" over here ??

you have wsdl Open soap ui and test your requirement by deleting the unnecessary and non mandatory fields.
