Where we can track the change log made to a transaction data (say Interaction record) at the table level.
In my case , we are using a follow up activity from Service order and we have implemented 2 level categorization for activity. I would like to track the changes made to that activity in terms of categories selected. Whatever the categories selected/ deselected at any time by the Agent should be able to get that data through table or from somewhere else in the GUI.
